We are proud to have achieved two key accreditations for 2021

We have been awarded both Quality in Tourism’s “Safe, Clean and Legal” accreditation and Visit England has awarded us Gold with a combined score of 97% across all our accommodation for 2021. Why does this matter to you if you have booked or are thinking of booking a holiday with us? We have had two independant assessors visit our accommodation, brush a metaphorical white gloved finger over every nook and cranny! They have required proof that we are doing everything on our Covid risk assessment, as well as numerous other categories including reviewing all the information that we supply to our guests on our website, email and our App, to ensure it accurately portrays your holiday, when you arrive at Brownscombe.

The highlights from the report are;

The safari tents and unique units are well spaced and set amongst beautiful surrounding countryside, all enjoy a peaceful outlook. Each unit is maintained to a high standard and upgraded as required to ensure that the quality is retained. The Roundhouse is a superb new unit with plenty of character and unique features.

Beds & Bedding – High quality beds with supportive mattresses and deep toppers. Excellent quality bedding, pristinely presented.

Housekeeping & Cleanliness – An excellent standard of housekeeping noted throughout. Dust free living areas. Well cleaned sanitary ware. Hard floors were thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen units and equipment were well presented. Bedroom areas were spotlessly clean.
