We would like to reassure our guests that we are following the Government advice for the hospitality industry and have made some adjustments at Brownscombe to make sure that our guests and staff are protected. All visitors to Brownscombe are asked to use the hand sanitiser at reception on arrival. We always take pride in how clean our accommodation is but we are taking the following additional measures; all surfaces that can be touched (such as door handles, light switches, taps, kettles etc) will be specifically cleaned with antiviral cleaner which will be available for guests to use. We already wash up all cutlery, glasses and plates between guests, even if they appear to be clean in the cupboard. When families arrive for the Easter holidays in April, we will closely review further adjustments that may need to be made to farmer’s rounds and the communal play equipment. For the time being we are continuing with ‘business as usual” and are busy painting, cleaning, mowing and generally getting everything looking lovely for the coming season.
