Best Glamping holiday EVER!
When our lovely guests tell us that they have had the best glamping holiday ever (and re-book for the following year) it is a fantastic feeling but also a huge responsibility to make sure that we keep improving every season! We want to balance adding luxuries with keeping the feeling of magic and adventure that you get from sleeping under canvas or from star gazing from a Cabin. So what have we improved this season?
Toasty Tents!
Our Safari Tents will now be toasty and warm all night long, thanks to new canvas covered radiators in each bedroom and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. So after “the best nights sleep you’ll ever have, in the comfiest bed you’ve ever slept in” you won’t have to brave the chill to get the stove lit!
Wellbeing
To help you completely relax on your holiday or short break, we will now be offering Spa treatments every Wednesday and Saturday in our Wellness room, although pre-booking is essential. We will even provide you with a dressing gown to use during your stay when you book a treatment.
Couples Discounts
We have hosted lots of mini moons, anniversaries, engagements and birthdays in our secluded Cabin and Tabernacle and want to continue to do that in 2020. To entice more couples to stay in our Safari tents, which have the advantage of an electric hot tub, we have a fantastic mid week offer outside of school holidays saving £200 per couple. This includes a baby or toddler in a travel cot and with the addition of heating in the bedrooms, there is no worries about keeping them warm.
Food and Drink
We have expanded our menu this year to offer more vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices as well as offering delicious home grown food from our veggie patch and farm. We have also added more award winning local cider, beer, wine and soft drinks that were so popular last year.
Old Favourites
You have told us that you have loved our warm welcome, attention to detail and quality, tips on where to explore, hot tubs, Farmer’s rounds, pizza nights, that we’re dog friendly and that you are able to see lots of wildlife, can get away from it all and our commitment to green tourism with our gold award. So we will make sure that is all still here waiting for you, along with Molly (the lab) and Margot (our diva pug!).
