We have tried to anticipate the basics as well as some of the luxuries for your holiday. The Larder booking form can be used to book your first nights meal or breakfast for the following morning, there will be forms in your tent or Tabernacle if you decide to use the larder during your stay. This is what you will find in your accommodation:

Stove

Seasoned wood (free through-out your stay), starter pack of 25 firelighters and kindling (enough to light 25 fires and available to buy if needed in the Larder shop).

Heating

In addition to your stove we have a radiator in the bedrooms of all accommodation (with the exception of the Cabin beds). In the Tents and Cabin we also have a heated towel rail in the bathroom / shower room.

Kitchen

Tea towels and oven glove, kitchen roll, bin bags and washing up liquid.

Pots & pans, utensils, knives, crockery, cutlery, glasses, salt & pepper pots, whistling kettle that works on your stove or the induction hob. Torch, tea lights and holder, games and playing cards.

Bedrooms

In each bedroom you will find a bed made up with duvet covers, a 13 tog hypoallergenic duvet, a bedside light and yuyu hot water bottles.

Babies & Toddlers

There is a travel cot and high chair available in each safari tent as well as a toddler gate fixed to the outside of the deck. There is also a microwave available in the Brownscombe Barn, if you need to sterilise bottles or quickly defrost some food.

Loo

We provide two loo rolls, hand towel, room spray, cotton wool, paraban free liquid soap and hand cream made in Cornwall

Shower

There is a bath mat, bath sheets, paraban free shampoo and conditioner and paraban free soap.

Welcome Pack

We provide cooking oil, espresso ground coffee beans to go in your stove coffee maker, tea bags, sugar and a pint of milk and there will be ice cubes in the ice compartment of your fridge.

Lighting and plugs

The loo and shower have normal electric lights in the ceiling, the bedrooms have bedside lights and in the kitchen there is a spot light to make cooking easier. There are plugs to charge your phone next to the bed.

In the dining area there are tea light holders and in the sitting area there is a spotlight, outside there are solar lights on the path.

Dogs
In Bovey, Tamar, Yealm and the Cabin we provide a hose pipe outside with a towel, hard dog bed for you to put their regular soft bedding in to remind them of home and a food and water bowl. We also provide a list of walks, dog friendly beaches and pubs. Dogs (up to 2 per tent and one in the Cabin) incur a supplement of £25

Hot tubs

In the Tabernacle and Cabin they are wood fired and included in the price of your accommodation. We offer a toasty tub service for £30 to have them ready by 3.30pm for your arrival (it isn’t possible to have a later time as we will be busy showing other guests in).

In the Safari Tents the hot tubs are an optional extra; £27.50 / night for an electric one or £25.00 / night for the wood fired tub. They can be booked online when you are booking your accommodation.
